Introduction
Welcome to Bounce On Over! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our rental services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined herein, including the Rental Agreement and General Release provided below. Please read this document carefully before signing.
Rental Agreement and General Release
Identity of Parties
For the purposes of this agreement:

Company refers to Bounce On Over, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents.

Customer refers to the individual(s) listed in the "Event Location & Renter" section of the invoice and/or the person signing the agreement, as well as their agents or employees.
Equipment, Rent, Payment, and Term of Rental Agreement

Equipment Rental: Customer rents equipment as described on the invoice.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance. No refunds will be provided for unused equipment unless otherwise stated in this agreement.

Rental Period: The rental term begins at the designated "Start Time" on the invoice and continues until pickup by Bounce On Over.
Operation

Power Requirements: Customer must provide 115-volt electrical outlets rated at 20 amperes within 50 feet of each unit. Only cords provided by Bounce On Over may be used.

Troubleshooting: If the blower stops, immediately remove all users and check the electrical connection. Bounce On Over may charge additional fees for service calls due to electrical issues caused by Customer.
Weather
Bounce On Over reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to severe weather conditions. Customers may reschedule their rental within 30 days if the equipment is picked up early due to weather.
Return Check Policy
A $75.00 fee will be assessed for any returned checks, in addition to the balance due.
Care of Rental Equipment

Customers are responsible for any damages beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Examples of damage include, but are not limited to, cuts, tears, overloading, misuse, or contamination of equipment.

Customers must deflate equipment during severe weather to prevent damage.
Warranties
Bounce On Over provides no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the condition or performance of the equipment. Customers agree that all warranties are disclaimed except as specified in the manufacturer's instructions.
Possession and Use

Equipment may not be moved, sublet, or rented to others.

Retention of equipment after the rental period constitutes a material breach, and Customers will be liable for replacement costs.
General Misuse
Do not allow users to climb on, stand, or hang from the equipment. Keep food, drinks, sharp objects, and prohibited materials away from the equipment at all times.
Negligence or Abuse Fees

Cleaning fee for spilled food/drinks: $50

Damage repair: Full repair cost

Damage beyond repair: Full replacement cost
Rules of Operation

Equipment must be operated on a smooth, compatible surface such as grass or asphalt.

Equipment must be anchored at all times. Company employees will handle setup and anchoring.

Equipment cannot be operated in adverse weather conditions, including high winds or storms.
Overnight Rental
Overnight rentals require a secured location. Equipment must be deflated, covered, and blowers removed to an indoor location when not in use.
Equipment Problems
If equipment malfunctions, stop use immediately and contact Bounce On Over.
Pick-Up Inspection
If the Customer deflates equipment before pickup, it must be re-inflated for inspection.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for cancellations due to inclement weather made by 8:00 AM on the rental date. Refunds will not be issued for other reasons unless the equipment malfunctions and Bounce On Over is notified immediately.
Release of Liability
Customers acknowledge that use of rental equipment involves risks, including physical injury or property damage. By signing this agreement, the Customer releases Bounce On Over from any liability arising from the use of the equipment.
Supervision

Equipment must be supervised at all times.

Supervisors must enforce all rules, including:

No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks in the equipment.

No climbing, flipping, or roughhousing.

No exceeding occupancy limits.
Additional Terms
Opt-In for Marketing Communications

Agreement to Receive Messages: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive SMS and email communications from Bounce On Over. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Options: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to our messages, clicking the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us directly at events@bounceonover.com.

Privacy Notice: Your data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Rental Agreement and General Release. You acknowledge responsibility for adhering to all rules and guidelines provided by Bounce On Over.
